unless there are two wheels that are different than the other two, then one side would always be oriented opposite the others wouldn't they? if you switched the right side to the left side, then the arrows would be pointed towards the front. and vice versa.

and FYI, plasti dip is a fail. pulled off the chrome in spots and you can't fix it. crap stuff when used correctly. maybe it's better on the grill but not on the door moldings.

You are correct. If all the wheels are the same, then they will always point one way on the driver's side, and the opposite on the passenger's.
