That tore apart pic makes me phycisicLy sick to look at. I can almost smell those body shop smells ughh! I really wouldn't want it after that, unless they sold it to me for $9-10k for parts or winter driver. Not real sure I'd want it then.
Go with the most expensive, most experienced body shop that knows what they're doing. Pretty sure that wouldn't be the dealer either (
Ps.. I believe it's more structurally sounder before its fixed, just new 4 wheel alignment. But that's maybe just me?

Yep, weird part w/ them is the back quarter is often the most vulnerable/ pricy to fix. That way on Audis now where the rear quarter just continues up into the roof so you have one ginormous piece. Since they also lost the roof strips w/ current generation, yet more work (and paint and $$) for anything that affects the continuous surfaces from those rear quarters all the way to base of A pillar.

Link below contains a list of Audi Certified body shops. Be sure to click on the aluminum body list. If you're in a major metropolitan area you'll be ok. Looks like my closest option is Seattle which is about 500 miles away.

I am sitting here thinking I can't believe the deal I have through Erie Insurance and I'd better read the coverage fine print. Two weeks in! Man, I feel so bad for you.
