Hello,
I have had my doors looms apart to do a B&O retrofit and it looks like the right rear is grey/green and right front was green/grey on my car (2010 4.2tdi RHD), the other side of the sensors go to brown which would be ground. they both seem to then go to the J393 convenience system control unit in the boot.
The sensors do fail and my car has had 2 already.
Good luck.

If you go to partsbase.org it looks like they are a separate part inside the handle, mine were changed under warranty so I'm not sure. You can get the handle out without taking the door apart using a Torx screwdriver, I.m sure there must be a video on the net somewhere for this.
