Does anyone know if the latest version is still 7.15?

Just picked up my 2015 A8L about a month ago and the MMI says P0733 the NAV is 6.2.10

Where can I find updates for the MMI?

I know this is an A8 board, but I have an '09 Q5 that I would like to update my MMI.

Is the MMI software compatible across model lines, or are they coded different for the different models?

My service rep just called and said there was an update for the MMI. I'll get it back in the morning , I'll share whatever they did

Well I've only had the car about 3 weeks, so don't have a good grasp of the differences.

But I do notice the Bose surround sounds better, and there are song titles in the gauge cluster. And the music syncs faster from Bluetooth, or plugged in

The dealer said they did an update to solve an issue with the lane assist, but I swear this is the same version it was before. They billed me for it. I don't think there's anything else that receives updates, apart from the map, is there?

There are many software modules that a dealer could update that have nothing to do with the MMI or Nav, lane assist being only one of them. Others are transmission, steering, etc.
