can't decide hofele is $799 unpainted including shipping. Or this one 2010 2013 Audi A8 S8 Tuner Style Rear Trunk Lip Spoiler Painted "New Item" | eBay which is painted... I've hofele is the best. figure painting is around $100 from my shop. Any thoughts?

Actually just found the ebay one direct from the seller for $711 shipped. Saves me around $200 if the style is good enough.

Too much, for my taste, anyhow. The design of the trunk lid already subtly mimics a spoiler of sorts, so it's hard to find something that looks natural on the car.

Forget adding the spoiler---tint the Windows instead 😎
And keep working on doing the rear valance & exhaust tip/surround swap. That will add a more meaningful and dignified change to the appearance of yours car's butt than adding a spoiler IMHO.

Agree. Besides if you want hofele you should just get the whole exterior kit. I only think it looks good with 100% kit or no kit at all with factory exterior upgrades ala s8 trim.

It's a very pretty and classy car as it comes from the factory. Anything but the most tasteful of modifications actually cheapens the look of it.
