I want to match a key to my D4 as a spare. The key, a pre-used eBay purchase, is the same part number as mine (albeit with a final G rather than K), but I'm not sure that it's possible to match it. The standard instructions for the matching procedure with VCDS don't work as the fields in the Central Conv (46) module are different.

My car does not have keyless entry.

Does anyone know if it is possible to match the key or do I need to take the car to the dealer?

If you don't have keyless entry, did you already have the key laser cut ?

Starting with D3 it's a dealer only thing since they have to connect to the mothership in Germany.

Take ALL of your keys with you since they mate them all to the car at one time.
Usually is 1 hour or ~$125
