Hallo,

I am doing swap from standart speakers to B&O, does anyone knows how to remove rear speaker behind the rear seats under the window? It looks like from the inside and not from the truck place.

The rear shelf has to be removed from the interior to access the speakers.
Instructions say to remove:
- seat backrest
- armrest upper trim
- belt guides
- outer belt anchor
- D-pillar trim
- C-pillar trim
- speaker trim [Note: Speaker trim cannot be removed without destroying it.]
- 4 bolts in center
- unclip the shelf
- disengage from the shade
- pull forward and out

It may be possible to do without every step, but it sure looks complicated either way.
Not certain but you may need to swap to the B&O control module, recode and have CP removed.

If you decide to proceed I'm sure photos of the procedure would be appreciated by all.

It is done

I have done also protection at a dealer but still need to do a coding. Does anyone know how to code it as there is no security code for Sound system in vag com? Sometimes I get one high speaker pop of the dash and 2 does not and also sometimes mmi show B&O tone settings and then it is complete silent, when restart and get standart sound set up, all is ok.
Anyhow it is a night and day so far will post some pics of installation but it looks harder than it was. 1st I got complete wire installation of the car where B&O was used, then easier to use those wires only for the speakers.

The security code should "pop up" in a bubble in VCDS when you put mouse there.

Well in this case there is no pop up bubble. The same as in lowering mode, it does not show up.

Does anyone who has B&O could do a log file with Vag Com or VCD? That will help a lot
