Have you checked the ignition system to ensure there is power to the plugs?

Several ways to check. One method: remove a spark plug wire and insert a screwdriver into the end fitting. Then, while holding the insulated handle, position the screwdriver shank close to a metal point on the block while another person cranks the engine. If you see an arc from the screwdriver shank to the block, then you have power to the plugs. If you see nothing, then the ignition system has a fault. To make en engine run, you need three things: fuel, spark, and air. If all three requirements are present, engine should start. If any one item is missing, engine won't start.
