Default chirping noise

Hello,

New owner of a 1992 100 Wagon. Getting a chirping noise at roughly 25 mph, roughly 1800 rpm. Doesn't start until then. If I take the car out of gear and coast, no noise. If the car is idling in neutral, and I rev it, no noise. If I put the car in gear with parking brake and pedal brake and rev it, no noise. Thanks for any help you can give! -- Eric.

This would suggest it's drivetrain related. Possible cause, CV joints or the brake system.
At 25mph vibration due to worn brake rotors could be hitting the metal splash guards.

Least you can rule out a bad transmission if you can rev it in neutral and not hear any noises.

Is the chirping rhythmic in nature? if so it's something rotating.

I wonder if that is the same chirping i get....It is related to the blower motor and changes with engine load. It gets worse the higher the engine load and blower motor speed. Only starts after the fan has been on for a while and mostly in summer. I run the blower motor the same speed in winter also... It come out of the air vents.
