lowering question
Hi there, I just picked up an 82 audi 4k diesel and was wondering if anyone here could tell me the best way to go about lowering it. Any help would begreatly appreciated

Coilovers, which you can make yourself if you're handy. B&G used to make FWD lowering springs, but all I see are the quattro ones. Might be worth checking around. I believe I have a set of rear lowering springs. I will look if you decide you want to go that way.
Either way I would definitely lower the front first and see if you like it better just like that. Since the nose almost always sits higher you might find that you like it well enough just evened out. It'll take more work to get the front lowered enough that it's level with the back also lowered.
