1990 200 QT NO DIAGNOSIS
#11
Oh and I need to add also, I wired a regular coil after the ignition module and got spark, so I'm going to get a coil as I am pretty certain that's my no spark issue, but the car would fire up and die very quickly, hence my timing confirmation attempts...

This car has apparently been sitting for a long time by the condiction of the belts and cob webs everywhere. Makes me think of bad gas, corroded ground connections, wires that are brittle.
I think you are correct in checking that all the mechanical timing marks are lined up. heres a link to SJM site that shows the marks for 10 and 20 vlave.

Your distributor does look off but it is hard to tell for sure in the pic. If you haven't already, check the spark plug wires are connected to the cap in the proper order and how does the cap line up with the rotor at TDC. I would also do a compression check.
An engine has to be able to compress the fuel/air mixture to run.
I'll ask a question to everyone, if he can get it so that it "mechanically" should start, what are all the Fuel, Air and Electrical areas should he check first. The list maybe endless but start with the basics. Blinking out the codes I think is a must do.
Where are you located?
Good luck, Bob

The crank and cam signal must be in sync before the ECU will send a signal to spark. If all you're getting is a signal spark, then most likely your crank and cam signals are out of sync. The single spark is occurring when you switch off the ignition forcing the coil to collapse to send the spark. It appears that the distributor might be out of sync from your photos.
