It's very long time I made a post here and I want to buy som audiparts from a men i buy from before but I can not find him.
Does anyone know where Keith Tackett from Suffolk is?
He had a company that name is German auto parts.

Keith worked for Audi Connection, which has discontinued business. Keith moved to the Midwest and has stopped doing automobile service work because of health reasons.

I'd heard that Keith had moved from Virginia to Ohio (near Dayton, IIRC). Really hated to see him go . . . hope he's doing alright.

Keith used to work with Bruce McGuire at German Auto Connection (formerly Audi Connection) in Suffolk VA. Haven't heard anything from Bruce since he closed the shop a few years ago. Last I heard Bruce was still in the VA Beach area.

I'll post more if I hear anything else . . . .

Thanks for the information about Keith because I mailed him and no response.
There is the US version of the taillights, are these orange and red or or only red.
There is good to have a contact in the States because you have parts we don't have.

Sorry for the delay. My 1986 5000CS has orange and red taillights; later models went to red-only (maybe with the change from "5000" to "200" around 1989?).

I seldom see the type-44 cars at the breakers/wrecking yards anymore . . . not many places work on them either.

Hey, now that all that's out of the way, are you looking for a set of taillights for a 5000, and if so are you wanting the one's with the orange, or all red? Might know of a set.....Tom
