Default Clutch Judder

Hello all I've another problem to try solve. I replaced the engine which had a new clutch plate, pressure plate and release bearing. I also had the flywheel skimmed but after putting it all back together a quick test shows there's very bad clutch judder. Clutch was fine before I removed it but I decided to change it for the long term..
Can anyone help with this clutch judder problem. It happens at pulling away speeds (forward or reverse) but is gone when the clutch is released fully.
Am I looking at removing the engine again? Could it be anything simple?

Check the center support bearing on the propshaft and the u-joint too. Assuming the car is a quattro.

Yes the car is a quattro and I'll have a look at the prop and UJ. However the judder is quite noticeable as a definite vibration as you let the clutch out without the car moving hardly at all so I think it's related to the clutch components. I'm resigned at this point to taking the motor out again but not sure what I will be looking for that's causing the problem.

After another engine removal it turns out it was a faulty friction disc. New components solved the problem. The disc looked ok to the eye but there must have been a slight warp to it. Got engine removal down to 3 hours so that's good..
