Default Fuel problem

Hey all. recently got an 89 turbo quattro 200, had some warm starting problems and low power so today i replaced all 5 injectors and the associated plastic tips and O rings, fuel filter, as well as plugs, wires and distributor cap and rotor, and air filter. after spending all day getting this done and going to try to start the car, I get no start. there is spark confirmed, but no fuel coming out of the lines to the injectors. i cracked the banjo bolt from the outlet of the fuel filter while the pump was jumped and it definately has plenty of pressure. when I do the ECU output tests, the CIS frequency output tests causes a loud buzzing to come from the fuel distributer area. Tomorrow I am going to try to remove the fuel dizzy and see if i can find anything, anyone have any other suggestions? car ran fine before all this...
thanks in advance!
