Issues with Climate control on 2 audi 200
First, the 200 20V:
- There is no cold/fresh air coming out at all except when A/C is on and temp set to "LO" , and yet, even if charged, it is not ice cold.
- I disconnected the Compressor to check, and then, no fresh air at all. Even in fresh outside temperature days, in the morning, only heat will come out.
The distribution is fine: If set to "HI", air comes from the feet section, on "LO", on the front portion and windhield mode also works, but there is just no cold/fresh air.
I am guessing is the Temperature regulating flap, but I am also getting the little "out side temp" blinking light starting the car. No error codes on channel 01. Any ideas?
Also, I have an annoying click-click ( kind of relay cliking all the time sound) on the climate control unit ( the one behind the glove box) when the climate control is "OFF". It is very annoying and I can also hear some relays cliking behind the interior relay panels the steering wheel. This is very strange as I don't know what is wrong there:
- I have check with different head units and different control units ( known to be working), but it keeps doing this annoying behavior. Any ideas?
On the 200 10V, only important issue is that I am only getting hot air from the windshield. Cold air will come out on the front vents but hot air only from the windhield section.
another less important issue is that the "outside temp" reads about 15 degrees more than the actual out side temp ( more or less).
Where are the temp sensors for this to work properly?
