If you haven't done it before, several hours...Especially if you don't have big torque tools to break the crank bolt loose.

My guy charged 3 hrs labor...which included water pump, crank seal, and tensioner pulley. It didn't take that long, but I think thats what the labor repair book said.
He didn't have to take the front bumper off either...but that all depends on if you have the right tools.

Do everything at the same time, ie water pump and all. Removing the bumper makes the whole job a sinch.

several hours if you haven't done it before? interesting. if you haven't done a timing belt period (my case) and with a great garage, big torque wrench (700ft-lb) and some great advisors took ~6+ hours .... Nothing complicated there though... pretty simple operation. I guess we were cautious when we did it.
