200 Quattro Emmissions Help!

200 Quattro Emmissions Help!
I recently bought a 1991 200 Quattro turbo and now it wont pass emissions!
It fails on HC by the skin of its teeth
So what I've tried...
Plugs
Wires
New Oil
New Gas
Done before I got it...
New O2 sensor
Other mis sensors (sorry I'm not to familiar with audi or would be more specific)
It runs and drives great and doesn't smell overly rich (however I'm used to carbed cars so my nose might need recalibrated).
Are there any common issues with these motors (2.2 Turbo 3B)?
Also what is the sparkplug gap supposed to be? (It fail a little bit with worse with new plugs)
Any other suggestions appreciated!

If I explain bad it's because I'm from Sweden and can not handled the technical words of the engine so good.
How much is the HC? In Sweden the max is 100.
