audi 90 wont start

recently bought a audi 90 the last owner said she couldn't start it one day i put a fresh battery in and it seems like it wants to start it just wont kick all the way over. what would be th first things to replace or fix to get it running? i have put fresh gas in it was below empty so there shouldnt be much old gas in it or any at all any suggestions would be awesome thanks,

Ryan..could be a number of things. Best tell us the year of the 90..V6, I5 engine?

First thing i would check is fuel delivery, make sure that fuel pump is working, new fuel filter etc. If its turning over at least you know that its not seized.
