I've tried to do some research on this and I'm unclear about some things. Will this diagram work with my car? I have a 1990 90. Does this diagram work with this car or does it apply only to later models?

the vacuum pump is the same, not sure where it is on the 4 door, but this diagram will do it.

I just put a keyless entry in my car. Check out www.the12volt.com for some good diagrams. I didn't include the antitheft in mine and it appears to be working just fine. Seems only some of the 90's came with it. Mine is a 1990 90q and is working great. Let me know if you have questions on where to find wires, etc.

I have an entire viper alarm going in.

What a pita... but it's certainly getting there.

The viper alarm that I have has only two wires for + and - vs that diagram so I had to do internet searching.

Directed.com or something like that the parent company of viper.. has online manuals inside the manuals are wiring diagrams

Viper alarm: Type D setup or something like so.
all different setups and I need to put from a .8 beep to a 3.5 beep to get it to work.

stupid projects but is a necessity.

I don't have door locks anymore ;-)
