what kind of performance chip do you use or recommend? What kind of gains in horsepower and torque do you get?

Default I have a German ECU.
It had a modified chip when I purchased it in Germany. I know little about the chip except its owner had it done by Oettinger of Germany. It
performs slightly better than stock, but not much.
