Default DEPO e-spec headlights

Ever heard of um? They came with the car I just bought, still in the box. If they're impressive over stock, which is already BOSCH glass then I'll take the time to swap them. But if not for the glass, is e-spec alone really better? I don't want to put in some cheapo aftermarket lamps when I have Bosch ones factory.

They're better than the us spec headlights. Not by a lot but better.

Copy thst.
Guess I'll give um a try since I noticed one of my stock lights is loose....
I'm also assuming they use a more convenient bulb type, since the stocks must be 9004's and no one makes better bulbs in that size. I tried expensive Sylvania 9004's in my RAM... ehh... PIAAs are better.

So I now have all the parts needed to put in these headlights. All I needed was H4 bulbs and adapters, I got new corners as well.
The adapters are 9007 and I just need to move the pins around but this diagram I found doesn't match what I have received. So can someone please tell me if this picture for 9004 is accurate?

Nevermind, figured it out! I'll post pics of the resources I used once this is in the car and working.

So, I've launched my attack on the front of the car.
I can't figure out how the lower metal trim comes off. This is the only thing stopping me.

The trim under the headlamps? Or the trim stuff on top of the bumper?

Underheadlamp trim pops in near the corner lamps and has a bracket that is bolted to the center hood lock support/carrier.

Bumper trim I think comes off with the bumper. It's been a while since I've had the nose of a sedan off (back in 1995 my sister and I shared a '88 90 4cyl).

You got to drive a rather nice 88 then! haha
I figured out the metal trim, that's the only one I needed to remove. Those middle nuts blended right in, being painted and all... once I figure out adding pics, I'll add some. Over-all not hard but requires more follow thru compared to just installing a replacement lamp.
