Check under the rear ashtray..I think there is one nut holding the rear on there. Then you slide the center console up off the front edge..some hooks up there.
Going by memory..don't force it.
Not sure if that is where the handbrake is adjusted. The Bentley talks about the cable adjustment at the rear calipers then using a deep 10mm adjusting the parking brake cables from under the car. There may be a heat shield you have to remove.
