Default 96' Cabrio Repair Help

So long story short I recently bought a 96' cabrio. It needed a transmission which I have replaced. Im trying to restore it to good shape but it presently has the plastic trim on the front bumper cover broken, the seats are all cracked with the front 2 being torn, and someone made a royal mess of the radio. I was curious if someone knew somewhere ( or one ) that I could get these from.

The radio situation is one I recently discovered, I was told it only needed a head unit. I looked yesterday and the speakers had also all been removed, factory wiring disconnected, and i'm not sure but it appears they ran the rear 2 speakers to an amp or processor (which is gone) in the trunk and then back to the mounting positions. I have read that an amp may be necessary for these even from factory? Any assistance would be great. I have bought the head unit and speakers.

Looking at the parts list..your Cabriolet front bumper is the same as the Audi 80/90, Audi 80/90 Quattro and the Quattro Coupe, same years. Try a pull-a-part to find another bumper or get a Euro bumper from some supplier overseas.

The Germans are more enthusiastic about our older Audi Cabriolets than the market here in the USA. There is a company that sells a complete interior..with excellent pull over seat covers for about 230 Euros. K-Maniac..on the Bay in Germany. See the link..and see if the more than ten available are all red and white..K-Maniac lists different colors like brown and black available on their website. Just email the seller with your questions.

Here is a picture of a covered K-Maniac Audi cabriolet seat from the German Audi Cabriolet website :http://www.audi-cabrio-club.info/ac/...play.php?fid=1 Use Google translate to read.

Lots of cases of beer in the background too.

Good luck with the radio..may have to just rewire the whole thing..good luck.

I ended up buying an s2 bumper off ebay from audibits from what I read on here. I rewired all of the speakers from front to rear and got them to work. Buying the harness was kinda useless. I could not figure out why 2 wires were always hot but I only needed one. Im going to look around at those seat covers you linked. Thanks again.
