getting power out of these things is either expensive or you have to be really friendly with your tools and hands. As most things you have to mod yourself.
But let's start with this, first of all, your heads, you need to gasket match the intake port. Cylinder Head Workshop
on cams, you can use either AAH cams or cat-cams makes a set as well, i just installed a set of the cat-cams, but expect to pay a small fortune for those. AAH cams are more somewhat more available.
on TB, if you can find one of VAP's TB, that would be awesome, but at this point its a good luck item. XTB Boring/tapering Process
here are some other links:
Silicone Elbow Workshop... Index of /audi/intake
Magnaflow Exhaust

if your intake uses the oiled filter element, i would discourage you from using that as the oil from the filter will screw up your MAF sensor.
and you welcome I've started with much dumber questions then yours ))

If you are really serious, convert it to a manual transmission.
It will transform your experience.

I have these laying around:
-Headers(made for B5 but moded to fit the B4, does not exist anywere)
-oversize throttle body
-034 cold air intake that goes right on your MAF and cobra head to throttle body(will need either catch cans or mini k&N's for oil vent tubes with is what i ran)
-kool bleu air filter(like K&N)
-gasket match intake plennum with 034 adjustable 3 to 5.5 bar fuel pressur regulator and heat insulator on the bottom
-034 B5 eurethane snub mount fitted for the B4(sound stuppid but makes a big difference)
https://www.audiworld.com/forums/aud...grabs-2872360/
You will also want:
-034 trans mounts
-034 diff mounts
-apikol diff snub mount
-NEUSPEED rear sway bar
