These are USP (ultra sport package) wheels from a b6 a4. Im in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am not using ion plasma yellow bulbs, I purchased yellow fog lights from France, they required yellow glass, they use a white bulb but illuminate yellow

Ah, course that means you converted to 5 bolt hubs somewhere along the way as can be seen on the wheels in the spin out picture.
Where those 5 spoke your winter rims?

Yeah, the 5 spokes are Borbet Type-E, they have a set of studded snow tires.
