Default Need Help! 1994 Cabriolet body parts

Someone backed into my 1994 Cabriolet with a truck flatbed. They smashed in my trunk lid, broke both inner taillights, and cracked the bumper. They agreed to pay for replacement parts, but I am having a hard time finding them. I found a trunk lid for a 95-96 Cabriolet on ebay, but the seller said that his computer shows it is different from the 1994. Is anyone familiar with these bodies that knows what years are interchangeable? I've noticed similar taillights on other Audi's. Does anyone know what taillights are interchangeable? It has that trunk lock in the lens, so I know it has to be specific. Does anyone have any of these parts for sale, or know where I can find them? I live in Arizona.

Thanks

If you can get over to LA..there are two on craigslist there. Under $2000..one of them is probably running hot as the ad says it may need a headgasket $1100.

1998 Audi Cabriolet convertible. clean car.

Mechanics special 1995 AUDI Convertible- Clean title, looks good>>>>

You might be able to do a deal and get a good runner or parts car.

Thanks for all of the help. I am checking into vehicle shipping costs, since it seems to be cheaper to buy a whole car than just the parts that are broken.

You can always check on Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market to see if there are any wrecking yards near you with the parts you need.

I have a set of inner tail lights that I could part with.

All the trunks are indeed the same. your best bet may be a pull and pay junkyard. Cabriolets come into mine somewhat frequently. I think I pitched a rear bumper not long ago. Let me check behind my shed when the snow melts and see if I put it there instead of junking it.

Message me through here if you are interested in the tail lights.

Car has been converted to 5-Speed and has a brand new from the factory steering rack recently installed.

Mike..interesting car. If Clay is not a customer, let us know.

How tough was the steering rack? I just got a new steering rack from Audi on the $135 close out deal they had..my old rack is leaking. Looks like the brake master and booster are the big deal..once those are out, looks pretty easy.
