got a problem...here is the symptoms
first off I am 99% shure that my Cat's are shot.
My car has has trouble geting past 5K RPM's...she used to go to 7k+ with no problems
After I rev it up this high the engine runs real ruff for a while..then goes back to normal (15 sec) the rpm guage stays steady during this rugh running period?
The car is also GUTTLESS when passing..and is shifting all weird....runs fine until you press the gas hard enough for a "kick down"
It could be my tranny...but I hopes not.
Any input is appriecated.

ok will do when I get home from work tommorow...can you circle rough location so I can check....
the vacume lines surrounding this "IM switchover" at lunch tommorow please.
