i would recommend motorgeek for something like that. there are always people parting cars out. also you have to have a tail light from a B3! b4 sedan, cab, and CQ will not work, just fyi

Duzke dyakoyu, bozhevilni rosiski druh! That is helpful. Next question; are the euro versions I'm finding on eb [for example, this shows the item from all sides: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Audi-80-B3-Right-Tail-Light-Ruckleuchte-innen-Heckklappe-Original-Hella-USED-/281387172943?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4183fb844f&vxp=mtrfit mine? Looks like I'd have to rill out the side light recepticle, else seems the same, but not sure ... Of course, the side in this version is orange and my busted one is red, but you know, old car... Guys in LT, LV are selling all-red versions for a bit more...

That is the "European" tail light.

There is a B3 90 at my local Pull-a-part yard. I can check the condition of the tail lights when I get over there again (probably this weekend).

OK, that'd be swell - let me know. So the euro light - would it still fit where my busted one goes, just difference in red vs. orange and lamp positions? Depending on what's possible, I could claim "I got it one piece at a time"...

Went to the yard this morning and checked out the tail light. I sent you an email through this website, but never got a response.

Here are a couple pictures I took today. You can kind of see one small crack in the first picture and a scratch plus some spray paint overspray in second picture.

OK, just as cheap and easy to get via eb from Baltics ($40)... Then of course I'll have to rig the side light, since it's not 'available' apparently on the euro models. Thanks all for advice.
