I noticed they have another unit that has the rain sensor, etc. I'm currently equipped with the rain sensor, etc. and would hate to lose functionality with a swap. Any idea if those pieces will work with the mirror you cited, or should I go with this one, the full deal:

^^^ Yeah, I noticed that too… I'm thinking that the rain sensor on this mirror might be better (?) since it's attached to the glass.

BUT, like you, I don't want to mess up other systems… I'll probably just go with the dimmer-only part.

I wonder why they didn't make it auto dimming for the passenger side. On my Lexus both mirrors dimmed
