Very sorry to hear about your mishap. I'm sure all S3 and Audi owners in general are usually very, very careful but sometimes there are things that are just unavoidable. I've always been a defensive driver but since I got my S3, I find myself leaving an even bigger 'cushion'. So many just don't care while driving anymore. Of course roadside hazards are hard do dodge when hidden. Again, very sorry. Hope she's good as new soon!

I made a temp repair using what's left of the tabs to squeeze into place. It's not perfect, but an improvement of what I have before. I would prefer to wait for the RS3 to come out then get that bumper so I feel like I have an upgrade.

This comment is off topic but I want to put it out there anyway. My S3 should be here in a couple of weeks....can't wait . I am wondering how other drivers will react to it. Route 50 here in Maryland is pretty dangerous. I have a 2011 A4 6MT now and the number of drivers who do not seem to look before they pull back in after a pass is a real concern. With all of the power that the S3 has I will need to be extra careful. Wondering about tailgaters also.
