That was in MA. Note that this number doesn't include the owner loyalty, which would have stacked on top of that discount.

I only got 4% off sticker with no Audi Care or any other crap. easy negotiations so.....

Picked up my white S3 today....after waiting since June 25th. Paid 6% off MSRP.

According to Edmunds the retail price including destination charges on the S3 is $41,995 and the invoice is $39,119. That is a 6.85% difference so 6% off is pretty good.

6% off from MSRP.. and i rejected 10% off for the 2014 CLA45 AMG..

people citing discounts should be discussing whether they had a trade. if you traded, your discount is irrelevant. they took money on your trade. I don't know how Audi works as I am new to the brand ( and don't own currently) - but Porsche margins are 10% on the car and 15% on options. Let's assume Audi has thinner margins, which they most assuredly do. That puts invoice somewhere blended around 7-8% off and the dealer makes money on incentives on top of that most likely. To me 6% seems like a reasonable starting point, but you likely won't get it right now given new model. In the spring, another story.

I did not have a trade. Audi invoice is just shy of 7%. I just told them I would go to the competing dealer and they took my offer quickly.
