Default Remove center console/e-brake

Hi guys,

I recently leased an A3 and need to know if there's a way to remove the ebrake? I pushed the button down and before I realized it, something (earring stud) dropped down there. It's a problem now because the button has trouble pushing down to turn off the brake. I managed to turn it off, but would like to remove the stud as to not cause further problems. Is this a DIY or do I need to visit my dealer?

Thanks

It is a coincidence... I have started getting parts for a little project and also looking for center cosole removal. I have been in contact with bks tuning in Germany and they are contacting Audi to get this info. As soon as they send it to me I will post it here.

Great, thank you. That would be much appreciated.

I was thinking about your specific problem... perhaps you could try using a vacuum cleaner to pull the ear ring piece out of that location... perhaps using the long & thin tip/accessory might work (...you can insert a thin rag between the accessory and the handle to catch the ear ring so that it does not make its way into the vacuum cleaner bag). good luck.
