Yes. I am. I'd say it's 50/50... sometimes they jump, sometimes they don't, and it does not seem to depend at all on the amount of rain.
A little wiper fluid sometimes works, but not always.

OMG no kidding! I've been driving the car for two weeks or so and it has been raining a good amount in my area.... it randomly will skip a beat....I am really hoping this isn't a permanent issue and that it will "break in" and fix itself lol. Also I haven't gotten a chance to re-adjust the wiper fluid nozzles yet...because the factory adjustments has washer fluid flying way too high and to the side that its getting all over my car!

Same here. Really annoying chatter-actually embarrassing for new car! First swipe across windshield is fine; crap after that. Took to my dealer for adjustment and replacement. Adjustment didn't change anything, waiting on new blades.

I've not had that issue here in the UK. Driven in really bad rain at over 90MPH with wipers and had no issue. Could be the type of wiper that they fit as standard in the US.
I'll be happy to post pictures of my A3 wipers and then maybe someone can post up their ones in the US and we can compare.
