Most likely something isn't fully connected. Check all your wire connections and that should solve - hopefully.

Thank you! I will check the connections over the next week sometime and will post if I find out what went wrong. Hopefully its just a connection issues.

I just finished installing the camera on my 2015 A3 last weekend and the result is awesome! Except the Brown socket does not fit into to the new cable box (besides the blue and green one, I got the extra brown, which does not show in the original post's picture). I have to cut off some plastic and eventually fit it in.
The Glove box was definitely the 'trouble' and it took most of my time. Other than that, everything else is easy and straight forward.
Overall, fun experience and great outcome

I asked the same question at the dealer since they won't do an installation for me. They confirmed the aftermarket backup camera won't void the warranty. But it will always be good to check with your local AUDI dealer.

You were right. It was a connection issue. The seller sent me replacement connection cable when I informed them of the issue and this time it worked fine. Thank you for your help again.
