Default Audi Connect services missing

Anyone else missing some of the audi connect services?

Weather, news, parking info, flight information have disappeared in mine. No longer appear in the menu. Subscription is good on all of them until May.

Default Same problem

I have the same problem as you. Data is working, google earth is working, only the things in the information tab are not working. Such as you described. It says "The service is unavailable".

Any fix?

i contacted Audi and worked with someone via email. They gathered some of my information and resolved it with people in Germany...So they say.

I think I started contacting them via Twitter, I will check and post the email of the guy who helped me, maybe u can email him directly.

Download the Audi MMI app for your Android/iOS phone. Sign-into that app and provide it your vehicle's MMI pin.

Pair your phone with your car.

So the next time you startup your car, the app on your phone will automatically log you in to Audi Connect on your car's MMI.

The reason you're not seeing the Weather, and News because you have to login with your PIN.

It's less annoying if set up your PIN on your Audi phone app as this will automate it for you.

I saw this same problem you're experiencing months ago and quickly rectified it.

Till this day the only Audi Connect service that is missing and presume forever discontinued is the Facebook app.

As a side note I'm using a T-Mobile SIM card because it's $10/mo vs $20/mo with ATT and I get some features utilizing the SIM like google earth nav view and I'm not sure what else. I don't get the full host of airline flights, etc... that come with a legit subscription. I will drop it soon either way. Not worth it.
