I just turned 50k miles and started noticing a tiny shim in the steering upon initial braking. Did an inspection and the front rotors and pads need to be replaced soon. I'll do the rears as well.
So..its time to upgrade them anyway... I'm looking at a StopTech rotor and pads kit. All four rotors vented and slotted, and the pads are Centric, low dust. anyone with good or bad experiences? Suggestions?

I can tell you it pays to do some looking around. I narrowed down what I wanted and just did some comparisons...found the above deal. Another website I went to was $265.00 more for the same. Dealer was insane price of $680.00 installed, of course stock bosch rotors and pads....LOL!

I've already ordered them. I'll update when they come in and I get them on.

I did a search here..."brakes"....brake kits...replace brakes...nothing. Am I doing it wrong? That's why I started the thread by the way. Maybe we make this the official everything brakes thread....

I am have a 2014 Q7 3.0 and want to upgrade the rotors and pads as well. Is this the best option? Will they work well with 22" rims?
