Default Launch control bad for car (S3)? Warranty?

So I recently purchased a brand new 2016 S3. I have done launch control a couple of times, and it really is extremely fun. I was wondering if the car is designed to withstand the launch, and will it void the warranty?

It's a feature of the car that Audi designed and fitted. So it shouldn't void the warranty. Having said that, it can't be the most gentle thing you can do to the clutches, and I have a feeling the car keeps track of the number of times you use it. I've heard rumors of some models having a limited number of uses available over the life of the car, I believe it was the S6 and S7.

Although I can't speak for the long term effects, I can say that you can do 26 launches in a row on a stock engine and nothing bad happened. I drove it an hour home afterwards.
