Default Picked up my New A3

I was able to pick up my new A3 on 12/18. It's only been 2 days, but I've been through 1/4 tank of gas, and just shy of 100 miles, and I can tell you that this car is amazing. This car covers a lot of firsts for me. First Audi, first Import, and this is the first car I've had with all the technology that the A3 possesses. Haven't even used the Sport Mode, Dynamic Mode, or the Paddle shifters yet. Been driving around in comfort mode for fuel economy, and want to break-in the engine first. Thanks to everyone on here who helped answer my questions, in the lead up to me getting the A3. Looking forward to contributing on the forums!

And Monsoon Grey is such a great color....

You are right, it is a gorgeous color, as is the car. Best of luck!

Looks awesome! Thanks for sharing. Get out there and break it in (I'm not saying such things are necessary only to use it as an excuse to drive!)

Thank you both! As for that break-in period, I'm guessing the first 500 miles or so, right? Don't go over 4K RPM's, and try to vary the RPM's if I'm doing any highway driving. Sound about right?

Seems like the most accepted consensus from those that support breaking it in at all. Most importantly let the oil get to temp. Some still say drive it like you stole it off the lot.

So nice! Welcome!

Can you take a cockpit pic? I'm curious about the look/layout verses the S3.

Yea, especially with the cold temps that suddenly rolled in up here.

Sure thing! I'll do that tomorrow and post it up here. I'd be curious as well. The S3 looks like an incredible machine, but slightly out of my price range. Maybe for my next Audi

Thank you! I wanted to get the 19" Wheels, but Summer Tires would have been a no-no for the winters.

Thank you! I hope to be able to keep it looking great.

And, arU4ic, here are the interior photos. I tried to get the main aspects of the cockpit, and the panoramic picture should show most everything. Anything else, let me know. Excuse the dreary looking day outside, lol:
