Please Post a Picture (closeup) of Your Rear Window Tint.
I would like to see what a good tint job looks like on the rear of the S3 window.
Looking to see if the dot matrix outline on the back window gets blacked out or is very visible.
Thanks!

Having trouble posting from work lately (on breaks only of course ) to tell you that I was going to post a pic for you. Haven't gotten around to it however. Sorry. Rough week. But I looked at my recently tinted windows yesterday and you can still see the dot matrix in the rear window. My tint guy went right to the edge of the dots but did not cover them. Believe the tint does not work well over the dots. My Civic Si large rear glass had millions of the dots along the borders. Read numerous posts about the tint NOT covering that area well. On my S3, you barely notice where the tint stops, the dotted border lies and then further blacked out areas of the glass. Will still try to get you a pic later.

Thanks for the additional picks, looks good. Looks like they went under the third brake light which is what i would prefer. I have seen some cars where the brake light is cut out.

drober30; didn't get a chance to upload the pics but they are identical to mroberte's above your last post. Tint comes to the edge of the dots and stops there. Not really noticeable unless you look closely. Guessing the tint many not adhere to the dots perfectly or for a long period of time. Never thought to ask but I will. I did 50% all around on my car. The legal limit in Ohio.
