I've read quite a few reviews and some LOVE the sound of the S3, others don't. I suppose if you are coming from a throaty V8 the S3 would be disappointing.

What i'm wondering is how is the S3 sounds with the windows down? Better or worse? With my BMW performance exhaust the sound in the car is very nice. Roll the windows down and it is orgasmic. I'm hoping the S3 is the same.

better with windows down, you also can here a touch of turbo spool and blow off.

I suggest installing the resonator delete pipe. I just had it installed by the dealer yesterday and it's great!

I'm a less-is-more fan, so yes, I'd like a little more presence, but actually don't - like too much bass in a song.

So for me it's perfect.
