Hah - like F1 teammates.
So I posted this question yesterday, and then saw an S3 close to home in traffic.
However, the Seattle area is like one big Audi showroom. I would never attempt to count all that I see. It seems like the 8V has the brightest tail-lights on the road.

Two months tomorrow since picking mine up and I haven't seen on on the road! I really want to wave at another S3 and see if they wave back. After a decade of WRXs, I really miss the waving. Everyone always waved back.

I get waved at by lots of S4 drivers in our area, and love watching the male Q5 drivers do a double take when I pass them going the other way (I also drive a Q5 and am guilty of this as well).
I've seen two in Orlando, both Sepang so might've been the same one, but none since we picked ours up.
