Siri in 2016?

So no Apple Carplay, but does Siri finally work in the 2016 A3 model?

I thought the new upcoming IOS 9 is supposed to take care of it. Apple CarPlay will work on any cars with Bluetooth capability. Might not be as integrated as the cars with dedicated Apple CarPlay function but certain level of integration should be available to even MY 2015 owners. Might be wrong though.

The car would have to have the full Car Play software package to integrate into the MMI screen with certain apps, Apple maps , etc. Having a button that calls up Siri wouldn't be Car Play, it only allows for the car's audio/mic to talk with her as it does now. Onlly difference would be you wouldn't have to have the iPhone in hand to press its Siri button.
