Default Snow chains for 19" wheels

Can anyone recommend a source for snow chains that might be compatible with 19" wheels? According to dealer, the Audi offering will not work. I've considered a winter wheel/tire package, but since I'm in the desert, it's hard to justify for occasional use.

Thanks!

Just saw an add for textile based snow chains for short term use. They looked like chains encased is some really strong cloth material. Sort of like a mega re-enforced tire blanket or something. Sure it's for very short term or emergency use but think it's meant for performance cars. Usually meaning bigger wheels/tires. Cannot remember where I saw the ad however. Sorry.

Assuming you are driving on your OEM Summer Tires, remember that they are unsafe below 45 degrees F. If your temperatures dip below 45F then best bet is getting AS or winter tires.

Check the manual on snow chains. There are specific chain type and install requirements. Using the wrong chains can damage the Quattro system.

Thanks, I'll have to search. I mainly want an option for when I heard north to ski. There is a stretch of unpaved road that requires chains and I'd like to be prepared.
