Sound Enhancing Resonator Kit S3

Does this fit the A3 with the 2.0 TFSI Engine?
The Audi parts site says it fits S3, but if you look at the Exhaust components, the middle muffler is identical on the A3 2.0 and the S3.
I'm thinking about ordering to see if it fits.
Any comments?

Warranty?
Don't bother. I got mine at the below link. Listed for $180, $210 with shipping and handling. It was the cheapest option out of all the options.
It's the original part, had mine installed a week ago and I'm not disappointed! I had mine installed at the dealer (1 hour labor).

Warranty?
Got it installed. First impressions:
- Idle has a nice, deep, burpy sound now which I really enjoy. Not as noticable with the window up, but definitely noticable with the window down. I actually left the engine running and walked to the back of the car and started smiling to myself like an idiot at how much I liked the idle noise coming out
of the exhausts. The idle buzz is louder at the idle point of S (1,100-1,200 RPM) than that of D (800 RPM); it's as if the car is ready to bite if you have it on S, while it's only slightly louder than before if you have it on D.
- You can definitely hear louder, bassier notes when giving the car any kind of push. The S3 does a pretty great job exciting you on wot even at stock, but with the delete its growl is emphasized, makes it sound like a vicious animal trying to eat the asphalt up.
- The gear change burps are emphasized as well, which I'm really happy about. They're not there all the time by any means, they only occur when they did before; namely you have to push the car (at least slightly) to hear them. On gentle acceleration the gear changes don't produce any noticeable noise.
- You can't really tell much of a difference when cruising on the highway, which is good. I did at first because I was listening for it, but after a few minutes the road noise and music volume at a lowly 4 was doing a pretty good job of covering up any difference.
- Didn't get much of a difference when gently accelerating off a stop without giving much throttle, also good in my opinion.
I like the sound, I really do. I wouldn't mind it being even louder when pushing it, but I definitely wouldn't trade comfort when cruising for that. I'm still planning on taking some long trips with the car and I don't want a loud, bassy buzz resonating around the interior when I'm just cruising along. I've been in cars like that, and the person seating next to the driver would have to rotate with the person in the back for the latter to avoid getting a migraine.
These are very early and quick impressions and are subject to change, I'll come back if my opinion changes one way or the other the more I drive it and in different conditions.
By the way, I was charged for an hour and a half of labor, which comes out to a cost of more than the part itself at the local dealership. Pretty ridiculous price to pay for something as simple as this, but given I got AudiCare on purchase for the first 35K, I thought I might as well get any and all work at the dealer. Might've been a mistake; I know I could've gotten the job done much cheaper at any of the local mechanics, but I was so excited to get it done so I just did it. Whether the cost of installing it a dealer is worth it is up to you.

The resonator delete kit is an official Audi manufactured part, therefore it does not void your warranty to get it installed. Some S3's even come with it pre-installed from the factory (think of it as an optional extra).
Putting on a third-party pipe would get you in trouble.
I would also recommend ordering it from your dealer and getting it installed with them.

I prefer quite. I would be happy with an A3 if it had the S3 seats as an option. A3 seats are not really good enough.
I can't find it on the web builder, but here it is on a car:

Got excited about what I was reading regarding the resonator delete kit and wanted it for my 2017 S3. On a whim I called my local Audi shop, which actually is only a one-year old small Audi service shop and pre-owned dealership (the first of it's kind so I've been told) and was surprised that they had this in stock. The parts guy said they had this since the shop opened and never expected that they's sell it. Anyway, picked it up and took it and my car and the part to a local muffler and repair shop I have had good experience with in the past. The Audi shop said install would $135/hr and likely 1.5 minimum, I was charged $90 all in (Canadian which is like $65 US) at the muffler place.
After one day, I think it sounds great. It's not so loud that it will disturb the neighbors but just sounds more fun and spirited. I did keep all the parts that were removed in case I ever want to revert back, but i really don't see that happening.

Awesome choice! And you got a steal of a deal!
I did everything through my Rusnak Audi dealer so it was considerably more expensive (~420USD for parts + install). But the acoustic pleasure it brings on a daily basis is worth every penny.

The resonator delete kit is awesome. It’s a deeper, throatier roar. I think The stock exhaust sound is quiet even on dynamic mode, which was the only thing I didn’t love about the car (and no seat position memory too). I only saw some YouTube videos and just know I needed to take a leap of faith so I negotiated it into the selling price, even though I never saw it in action in person. It does not void warranty, dealer gladly installed it for me. With better sound, the car FEELS even faster. I leave the exhaust sound on dynamic mode all the time, but if you want it a bit quieter you can leave it on comfort mode so it won’t be as loud. But I bet you won’t want to do that.
Get the resonator delete kit, it’s the cheapest way to improve your exhaust sound. You can keep the resonator after they take it out, in case your future buyer wants it for some reason.
