Default Throttle response vs. Shift points

Is it possible to keep the shifts points from comfort and the dynamic throttle response?
Somebody said if your are dynamic for engine&transmission and shift lever in D if you put it in S your throttle remains in dynamic but shift points are in comfort.

No. If it's in s mode, the shift points are the set for sport mode. High revving between gear changes each time.

You can set the mode to Dynamic and put the shifter into D, which is what I prefer. The shifts are sparadic and jumpy for me in "dynamic/S" somtimes leading to a hesitation feeling between shifts. The shifts are faster, smoother and more consistant for me in "dynamic/D"
