Tire Recommendation
Hey, everyone, looks like I've burned through the stock tires on my 2015 S3 in only 15,000 miles. What a freakin' bummer. Reading online, it seems that the stock Continentals experience poor wear.
So... looking at options to replace them (235/35/19). Considering the Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 (~$150/ea) or the Dunlop DIREZZA DZ102 (~$165/ea).
Anyone have any experience with either of these, or have a recommendation for something else I should consider. Hoping for something that I can get more miles out of. Granted, I like to drive it a little spiritedly.
Thanks,
Shan3

Michelin PSS are my preferred replacement tires. After having tried several different hi po tires on half a dozen different Audis, The PSS last longer and provide a ton of confidence due to excellent grip.

I read in another thread and the S3 probably comes with different tires from time to time. Sounds like some folks got Michelins and Hankooks.
Mine came with the Continental CONTISPORTCONTACT 3.
Good intel, thanks for the reply, Steve. Those tires are definitely a bit more pricey than the options I was considering. I don't mind springing for the higher price as long as the tread wear is good. So, I'll take a good look at these and any others that people recommend.

Living in the NE, I ordered Pirelli Zero AS+. It's probably the best AS tire that fits our 19".
I wanted something that would also take the edge off the ride harshness. The OEM Conti were a bit much on the pothole strewn roads around here.
