US vs Canadian 2015 A3 Features/Functionality
With my 2015 A3 2.0T Quattro Progressiv trim with S-line sport package about a month away from delivery I was curious what differences there are between the US and Canadian versions.
To my disappointment I know my S-line sport package does not include the below button (drive select), I believe you need to go to a S3 for this feature
I am happy though that above the border we get front and rear fog lights standard
I think here in Canada we also get the Cold Weather package standard across all trim levels.
What other differences have others noticed?

If the Cold Weather Package is the dual climate control, Audi had made that standard starting with the June '14 orders.
There's not much difference between the Canadian and US, you guys get gimped liked us on the real good stuff.
Auto-Off, Park Assist, and Hold Assist.
and Audi decided to give us straight red-red taillights signals instead of amber-red, where amber would be the turn signals and red would be the brake.
I also think Audi cheapened the turn signal for the A3/S3 alltogether on all the models that are not the hatchback. The hatchback A3/S3 turn signal has a solid pipe led amber light.
The sedan A3/S3 sedan from all territories have the tiny led diodes.
The Concept A3 turn signal looked like they used a SMART LED amber light that animated it's turn.
The hatchback A3 is the closet to that, although it's just a regular piped LED light.
still better than the small LED diode lights...
only made worse when the North American market gets red and not amber so it's hardly noticeable which defeats the point of the fancy lights to begin with.

Waiting on my 1.8T Monsoon grey with the styling package here in Toronto - maybe in a week or so. I thought the cold weather package would be heated front seats?
'Fog' lights are one of the most abused things here - generally Pontiac and BMW drivers running around with all lights blaring.
I think the LED rear lights over standard bulbs are still very worthwhile in terms of visibility not to mention quicker to light up - anything that helps with not being rear ended is welcome.
