Default About to do a Sirius sat receiver install - any tips/tricks?

Purchased the Audi Sirius receiver for my 06 A3 with Nav and plan on doing the install myself. Any tips or tricks anyone can share? From what I have read it's not supposed to be too difficult - just wondering if it's going to require any VAG-COM setting changes. I have read different things about this.

Default VERY easy to do

1) Just open the panel in the driver's side of the trunk

2) Locate the wires, plug in the Sirius module, zip tip it secure, and close panel.

4) Go under the passenger side kickpanel and connect the plug that is not connected and taped up.

5) Enjoy Sirius.

Search the forum and you'll find some pictures and/or a more detailed explanation.

Piece of cake - thanks for the posts. My wife and I did the install in about 10 minutes - and that was in a dark garage! Sure beats the $106 that dealership wanted to install. BTW - I did the install on a Nav MMI HU and there were no VAGCOM settings to change at all - just followed the directions in the link that MikeSS posted and it just worked. Helps to have a view of the sky too - was wondering for a while why the stations weren't coming in including the test channel (184) - that's why they call it satellite - duh!

Anyway - highly recommend it - Sirius rocks! I can finally listen to music and not all the boring talk hosts in the morning!
