Hi,

I recently bought this car, the stereo is not the audi original and is a halfords bluetooth device & DAB player (Sony). However I noticed the speakers don't work but everything else does in the stereo. Having eased the player out I notice that the speakers don't work when the new (sony) speaker plug is attached to the original speaker loom. However when I unplug this and make a 'loose' connection ALL speakers work?? I took it to Halfords who say that the speakers have blown? very odd seeing as I can still only get them working when loosely connected? Is there anything that may be causing this e.g. Audi Amp? which someone suggested may be the issue?
