Audi A3 trans oil mixed with coolant

Audi A3 trans oil mixed with coolant
Hello everyone
I have an Audi A3 2.0t, 2006!
Lately i felt some jerking when I started to take off.
I checked the car in 2-3 places and they told me that the transmission is out and need a new one (5,000$).
I bought this car for 5k. Now they said that the cooling fluid is mixed with the transmission oil cooler!
I bought a transmission cooler, replaced it with the new one and still is mixing with the coolant fluid.
The trans cooler is on top of the transmission.
What should i do next?!
Replace the radiator?
Anyone had the same problem?
Please if anyone could help I would really appreciate it!
